Key to success!!!

Success to everyone means different things, there are many quotes defining it, there are many pictures to inspire us. Their are many books, videos even seminars telling us how to be successful in life. But ultimately, what does every successful person have in common? What makes someone say "Look at that man, he is successful"?

Because of the part time Amway business I do, I have had numerous opportunities to hear motivational sessions from successful people. One such great personality is Mr. Sajiv Nair, he is known as a success coach, and is a mentor to thousands. During all these sessions, the important thing is that, almost all the people define success differently. But all of them had something common, its challenges!!!

In our day today life, we see a lot of people who wants to make it big in the world, but are not willing to pay the price. Remember guys, there is no success without any challenge. Everyone wants success but no one wants to face challenges. I would like to quote something, Mr. Sajiv Nair said, during one of his speeches.

Imagine that you are thirsty, so thirsty that you cannot stand it anymore. What do you do? you find a water cooler/filter and drink from it, or at the most you go to a shop, buy some. What is the end result here? Your thirst is gone. Consider the same scenario in the middle of a desert, no water fountain, no shop, nothing. But you are so very thirty, what can you do? You find a shrub and start digging at its roots, with your bare hands. You keep digging, and digging with the hope that you will find water. After some digging your nails are gone, but you still keep digging, why? You don't want to die. Soon your skin is torn, but you are still digging, you know for sure there is water there. Suddenly a very tiny spot of water appears, you get very excited and dig even harder. The hole is becoming larger and you get more water, soon there is enough for you to drink. You go in with your bleeding hand, takes some water and drink, just imagine that feeling of triumph and joy you will be having. Can anything ever replace it? But What is the end result here? Same as above your thirst is gone!!!

The story makes it so clear, that even if you get everything you may want in your life, if you haven't worked hard for it you will never have the satisfaction. You will never feel successful, because ultimately "Success" is just a feeling. So get out of your comfort zone, face the challenges, work hard for your dreams. All the best..
